Matte, Metallic, MAGIC.

Pieces from the Chanel Haute Couture show 2010. Stellar 'heart shaped' hair, metallic heels, and karl lagerfeld = majestic show - thats for sure!! the dresses and suits are just fabulous. I love the different textures and small detailing done on each piece. the silver gloves and bracelets really make the outfits.

Karl has done it again.

This is Karl Lagerfeld's collection for Spring 2010

I love all the high-waisted shorts and skirts, the huge shoulders, and all the gorgeous silver shoes - how lovely.

His work is very modern.

The foundation stone of the collection was shorts. "Not Bermudas or hot pants," the designer was quick to point out backstage, but a contemporary variation that emphasized rounded hips. (from Style.com)

Versace - Spring 2010

This is Versace Spring 2010....i love the colours and the clear plastic material used as skirts - it has a beachy feel to it for spring :)

Many of the patterns used mosaics, and mosaic shapes.

All the shoes are great too! They are all platforms and the handbags all go great with each outfit.

Donatella Versace was telling everyone who went backstage that she'd been inspired by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland (which comes out next March). "I loved the idea of that fantasyland," she said. (from Style.com)
